2025 Sunshine Classic Golf Tournament Honors Kim Owens and Supports PNH Research
The 2025 Sunshine Classic Golf Tournament brought together Cody Pools, American Pools and Spas, and Cody Pools Tampa FL for a meaningful cause. Held at Falcon’s Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL, the event honored the memory of Kim Owens, a beloved team member from American Pools and Spas who passed away from Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH).
A Beautiful Day to Give Back
The morning kicked off with clear skies and warm Florida sunshine. Attendees arrived for check-in, enjoyed lunch, and gathered for a short welcome and group photos. Energy was high as the tournament began with a classic Shotgun Start and 18 holes of friendly, competitive golf.
Throughout the course, participants joined in special challenges, including Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and a Putt Contest. These contests added fun and excitement while raising awareness for PNH research.
